Just a prime choice for a short stay in Omarama with good value. The slow-cooked lamb was 'melt in the mouth' and dessert was amazing. Try the restaurant for a satisfying meal.

the carpet was a bit worn out,, but the room was spacious and clean,, with a lovely balcony providing great mountain views. the breakfast buffet had decent variety and the staff were helpful.

Our stay exceeded expectations. The spacious room was cozy and the daily cleaning kept everything fresh. The highlight was the fantastic reception staff who guided us through laundry facilities after a long trip. For future guests, try the restaurant for dinner but manage your expectations regarding busy meal times.

The room size was generous, creating a comfortable atmosphere. A nice touch was the sitting area by the window, perfect for relaxing. The electric kettle made it easy to prepare drinks. Free toiletries were provided, which was a plus. the lack of air conditioning turned the room stuffy, especially during the night. I noticed noise from the hallway and outside that disrupted our peace. Dining in the hotel had its ups and downs. the buffet lacked variety and felt overpriced for the quality offered. Unfortunately, there was a mishap with service during dinner, and some dishes were not prepared properly, such as the beef, which was overcooked. Staff appeared overwhelmed with multiple tour groups staying at the same time. The experience was disappointing given the expectations.

The mountain view from my room was absolutely stunning, and you could see the attention to detail in the daily maintenance. The location is fantastic, making it easy to explore the area and enjoy local attractions.

The hotel feels quite dated, with decor reminiscent of the 70s and carpets showing wear. The bathrooms could use some attention, particularly with slippery bathtubs lacking rubber mats. Noise from traffic added an unwelcome distraction, and lighting in the room was poor, making it difficult to create a cozy atmosphere. A lack of air conditioning could make things stuffy during warmer days, and the limited dining options in the area pushed us to drive elsewhere for meals.

The room was spacious and perfectly clean, a delight after a long day. Conveniently, there was an on-site restaurant to save us from hunting for food late at night. Surely a lifesaver for tired travelers like us!

The TV was as useful as a chocolate teapot—static and limited channels made it impossible to follow anything! Plus, they short-changed me when I tried to pay in cash. what a comedy!
